**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher/Assistant and Montessori Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will work closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure that each child's individual needs are met, promoting a love for learning and growth.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all students, including those with special education requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s development and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom space that promotes learning and safety.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding children's progress and development.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching are essential traits for success in this role.
