CNC Laser Operator and Brakepress Operator

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities FOR BRAKE PRESS OPERATOR
- Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, and straighten metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications for the final product
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Collaborate with team members to fabricate parts according to project requirements
- Utilize tools such as calipers and other measuring instruments for precision work
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities for CNC LASER OPERATOR
1. Perform typical laser cutting operations.
2. Select proper cutting programs, and proper fixtures.
3. Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
4. Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.
5. Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
6. Perform all dimensional inspections.
7. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
8. May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining processes including plasma cutting, laser cutting, and lathe operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery
- Ability to fabricate metal parts using various techniques
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and practices
