PBN Construction is a northern Saskatchewan Aboriginal owned and operated company founded in 2007 that services mine sites and crown corporations all over Saskatchewan. We are experiencing exiting growth and currently expanding our team. We are a fast paced and fulfilling company that is seeking a detail orientated and experienced **Site Project Manager to join our Industrial Department.**

**The Role**

Reporting to the Department Project Manager, the site project manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of industrial construction and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, with in budget and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management knowledge to coordinate various stakeholders, resources, and processes.

**Summary of the duties**
- Responsible to implement and enforce safety at a project site by developing clear safety protocols, providing training, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to protect all workers and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Identify and coordinate labor, equipment, material, subtrades needed
- Procure project materials
- Monitor budget and cost controls - actively track and control project expenses, manage change orders
- Ensure project meets all quality standards
- Timely identification, quantification, and documentation of CORs
- Responsible for producing timely and accurate invoices to clients, and producing periodic forecasting for internal and external purposes
- Responsible for periodic project reporting for PBN and clients needs

**Required**
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, industrial engineering or related field required.
- PMP Certification
- Minimum 5-10 years of industrial construction experience
- Previous project management experience where project value was over $5M
- Strong understanding of industrial systems, construction methods, equipment and regulatory requirements
- Training Requirements not limited to: SCOT/WHIMIS, Supervisor Training, Ground Disturbance II, First Aid
