For over 25 years Jammers Apparel has been the proud designed and manufacturer of sleepwear for some of the largest retailers in North America.

Reporting into the production manager, here are some of the core responsibilities:
**Primary Essential Functions/Responsibilities**:

- Manage orders from start to end with overseas suppliers
- Ensure production samples are received on time and pass quality inspections
- Lead approvals for colors, fabrics and accessories
- Follow up with overseas suppliers to ensure all product/packaging components are sent for approval in a timely manner
- Maintain system with updated information & ensure all concerns are addressed both internally and with factories
- Maintain updated vendor manuals.
- Review customer vendor manuals to ensure that all shipments are according to the needs of the customer Qualifications
- Ensure that each order respects procedures and our quality standards
- Create and maintain action calendars

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 year of experience in similar position in the garment industry
- Strong knowledge of import regulations for North American markets
- Background in garment and fabric construction and quality control processes, production cycles and lab test requirements
- Adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Confident decision maker and able to respect deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills must know how to prioritize their work.
- Good sense of customer service, dynamic, good energy
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
- Good IT skills in using Excel, Word.

Note: Applicants must reside in the desired geographic location in order to be considered.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
