**We are seeking a highly skilled cleaning couple with at least 15 years of commercial cleaning experience, per cleaner, for a part-time role at an established car dealership selling brand new cars. The position requires six evening cleaning sessions per week for a team of two, with each person cleaning for 3 hours per session. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout all dealership areas, including the car showroom, offices, furniture, kitchens, lounges, boardrooms, washrooms, and glass door entrances.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive cleaning of the car showroom, salesmen’s cubicles, sales desks, offices, kitchens, lounge rooms, boardrooms, open areas, hallways, and other customer areas is required to maintain a pristine environment.
- Special attention to glass cleaning for all doors and office surfaces inside and out, ensuring they are streak-free.
- Daily routine tasks include extensive mopping, dry mopping under vehicles, vacuuming, removing cobwebs, disinfecting all areas and emptying trash bins.
- 6 - Six cleaning shifts are scheduled after 8 PM from Monday to Friday, and either after 8 PM Saturday or any time on Sunday between 6 AM and 6 PM.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in environments similar to a dealership setting.
- Applicants should reside in or near Etobicoke, ideally within a 20-minute commute, to ensure punctuality and manageability of travel times to and from work.
- Must be able to provide two professional references and a brief work history. Police clearance may be required.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently are critical.

- ** Total Monthly Compensation**: The couple will receive a combined total of $2,000 per month.
- **Payment Structure**: This total payment is calculated based on each cleaner completing 3 hours of cleaning per session.
- **Frequency of Sessions**: Cleaning sessions are scheduled six times per week.
- **Clarification**: To clarify, the $2,000 monthly payment is the total amount for both cleaners together, not each.
