**About The Opportunity**:
In this role, you will lead a multidimensional team that provides customer services to the RCMP and acts as the first point of contact at the RCMP detachment. Your exemplary outstanding customer service skills and people-based approach to leadership will help guide your team to achieving quality service and exceeding expectations. **About Your Background**:
Your qualifications include High School Graduation plus completion of three accredited courses in leadership, accounting, law, or management. Completion of formal training in two of the following areas is required: customer service, interpersonal relations, conflict resolution, management skills, or communications. At least five years of administrative experience in a comparable service environment. Organizations with comparable service challenges may include banks, airlines, hotels, social service organizations, other municipalities, and government agencies. A minimum of two years of related experience working in a police environment. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferably in a unionized role. As a condition of employment, the incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a clear RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status.
