**POSITION TYPE**: Full-Time Position Available

**SALARY**: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum

**POSITION LOCATION**: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)



**DUTIES**
As part of Enrolment Services, the Course Section Builder/Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining course sections for all funded full-time programs for Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer using Colleague. The position also creates, maintains and edits data in the scheduling software for departments in multiple databases.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate in Business Administration or related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Several years experience with integrated software systems
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks/workload to ensure deadlines are met and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in systems testing, including identifying errors, considering ideas and alternatives and taking initiative to resolve errors
- Excellent computer skills within a large complex customer database, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex situations and predict outcomes and determine best course of action
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both as a team player and with independence
- Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and train others
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with Infosilem software (Timetabler, DCU and Campus)
- Experience with Manitoba's post-secondary systems
- Experience in researching and resolving timetabling issues

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
