Equipment Inspector

We have 4 locations total (Taber, Drayton Valley, Fairview, and Kamloops, BC). Our low commission rates and aggressive marketing strategies help our customers sell and buy items successfully. Team Auctions is proud to have won awards for "Best Marketing Website". **Duties** - Gather and verify equipment information (eg, equipment additions, serial numbers, year verification, etc.) - Identify and record equipment components, accessories and details - Locate and drive to offsite sale sites - Compose and take photos of the equipment - Provide assistance as required to the Sales Team - Assist the Sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field between peak period - Receive/release (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction - Collect Customer Information for consignments - Remove keys - Complete customer check in sheet - Use an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to the auction - Drive/operate heavy and light equipment - Perform basic maintenance on TEAM owned equipment & site - Manage keys for equipment - Operate Equipment to load/unload stationary equipment - Boost equipment - Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc - Check fluid and fuel levels on equipment - Lot number equipment - Set out and pick up signage - Park equipment - Assist with refurb of auction items Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Drayton Valley, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Do you have working knowledge of various types of equipment?
