**Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross-functional proposal teams through all stages of the proposal process—kickoff, development, QA reviews, approvals, submission, debriefs, and transition to Operations.
- Manage multiple complex bids simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Analyze RFPs to assess opportunity fit, establish win themes, and mitigate risks.
- Develop and refine proposal content, including narratives, executive summaries, qualification materials, and corporate references.
- Ensure compliance and quality by adhering to standardized processes, escalating risks, and coordinating multiple QA reviews before submission.
- Conduct internal and external debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve future proposals.
- Support the SBD strategy by increasing organizational RFP awareness, training operational teams, and contributing to process improvements.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry in an external-facing capacity (sales or business development).
- Strong understanding of private and public sector procurement supply chains (contracts, supply arrangements, MSP programs, vendor management tools).
- Hands-on experience responding to competitive client-issued RFPs.
- Post-secondary education in English, Technical Writing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Government-issued Personal Security Clearance (PSC) at a minimum Reliability Status (Secret eligible).
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and/or Content Management Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (French an asset).
- Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with fluctuating workloads.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience during change; decisive and fair decision-making.
- Fast learner of complex processes and concepts.

**Salary**: $91,000-110,000
