Business Systems Analyst (ERP) - Contract position in Surrey (Hybrid):
On behalf of our client in

**Ignite Technical Resources** is looking for a
**Business Systems Analyst (ERP) **with our client
** **for a
**contract opportunity.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, test, and implement improvements, updates, and other integrated solutions to the ERP.
- Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate system errors and technical issues to the vendor if required.
- Interact with vendors on issues requiring technical assistance requests for ERP or other enterprise business systems.
- Research, document and resolve technical issues related to the ERP and business processes.
- Perform user access and role provisioning.
- Work with business teams to analyze problems and gather solution requirements.
- Create, maintain, update and improve system/administrative and user level documentation.
- Evaluate new software functionality and suggest system enhancements to achieve optimum system performance and streamline processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of equivalent business analyst/systems analyst experience.
- 5+ years of business analyst/systems analyst with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP or similar types of ERP.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, entity-relationship diagrams, data normalization, data analytics, data migrations, and business intelligence.
- Expertise in SQL databases is required.
- Knowledge of systems analysis, software development practices, and agile methodology.
- PM expertise and certification are considered an asset.
- Firm understanding of basic accounting, business, and wholesale distribution principles.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
