**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee well testing operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Supervise and support field personnel
- Coordinate equipment and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on operational performance and safety metrics

**Requirements**:

- Valid safety tickets (essential)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the well testing industry (considered an asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work both day and night shifts as required
- Local to Red Deer, Alberta or willing to relocate

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $375.00-$525.00 per day
