With a proud history of growth, we now operate from a state-of-the-art 90,000 sq foot facility in Surrey, British Columbia, employing over 100 dedicated team members committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer experiences.
**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Visit job sites and each unit as necessary to prioritize, oversee and collect unit sign-off’s by client.
- Work with contracted installers and other relevant site personnel to organize unit completion in a timely manner.
- Working with Logistics team to understand delivery status in each unit
- Completing and submitting relevant service lists for any pending products
- Reviewing any damage product on site and analyzing if site is responsible
- Coordinate and plan with the service technicians that are required to finish any pending site work
- Attend internal Kaizen meetings and other meetings as scheduled
- Attend relevant site meetings by the client
- Responsible to keep all Sunrise property in good manner (phone, tablet, vehicle, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in site management or similar roles within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
