Telecommunications Account Manager

We are actively hiring a Telecommunications Account Manager to manage client relationships, support business development, and drive customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage daily account operations, provide expert-level customer support, and deliver tailored telecommunications solutions that lead to long-term success. As a Telecommunications Account Manager, your job will be to manage both new and existing customer accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive revenue through personalized service and consultative sales. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities for account growth, and serving as a reliable partner to the customers you manage. Your work will directly influence customer retention, business reputation, and sales performance.
**What You’ll Do as a Telecommunications Account Manager**
- Manage customer accounts by handling service updates, billing inquiries, and usage reviews
- Promote telecommunications services that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
- Deliver top-tier customer support, addressing service issues and offering proactive account solutions
- Track account activity and manage performance data to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, increasing customer value and strengthening relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline business operations
- Lead client meetings and manage communications to build trust and long-term satisfaction
**What We’re Looking For in a Telecommunications Account Manager**
- Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to manage client relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling multiple accounts

Pay: $43,602.57-$57,715.80 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
