**Summary**: G+D is looking for an Agile Transformation Manager to shape and drive the transformation and agilification of our Business Line Digital Solutions. The Business Line Digital Solutions offers secure digital solutions to transform the currency industry into an open and advanced currency ecosystem that creates more value for all, leverages data, seamlessly connects all people, assets, processes and resources, and creates the highest levels of efficiency and adaptability. The Agile Transformation Manager role is critical for putting the right organizational setup in place as well as helping to create the right culture to achieve our target vision.
**Duties & Responsibilties**:
- Planning and driving the agile transformation of the Business Line Digital Solutions
- Drive a cultural change and help emerging an agile mindset
- Setting up and driving Agile teams alongside our product portfolio
- Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders - product managers, product owners, architects, developers, testers, business analysts as well as representatives of senior and executive management
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience with organizational transformation and change management
- Expertise in scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Less, Spotify,)
- Understanding of agile principles and experience setting up and running Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
- Management of diverse stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting interests
- Comfortable working in a complex, changing environment
- Experience working in a global team and with different cultures
- Ability to present in a clear, confident, structured manner to diverse (culture and seniority) audiences
- Ability to effectively and efficiently organize tasks and actions in a matrix organization
