Bootlegger Key Holders are part of the store management team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading our team and making customers feel great Shift managers work with the team to ensure our store is a welcoming, inviting, & inclusive environment for everyone.

**What you’ll be a part of**
- Helping customers find the perfect fit by offering genuine and remarkable service, and one-of-a-kind denim training
- Help lead our amazing team by overseeing store operations alongside store management
- Performing point of sale transactions ensuring our customers leave happy
- Making the store look beautiful by participating in merchandising, shipment, and housekeeping

**The right fit**
- Experienced retail associate who has a knack for motivating, training, and coaching others
- Interested in fashion, and a LOVE for denim

- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Has flexible availability; shift managers can work a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
