Enova Power Corp. is a progressive electric distribution utility servicing the City of Kitchener, Waterloo, Wilmot, and the Townships of Wellesley and Woolwich. Our impressive team of dedicated employees strives to provide a safe, reliable supply of electricity to over 157,000 customers across a large urban and rural service area spanning 1108 square kilometers. **Who You Are**

**Qualification Requirements**
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, or a similar program
- Experience and knowledge of day-to-day activities within a customer care department
- Effective communicator both orally and written
- Extensive working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to precisely follow policies and procedures, along with effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic problem-solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills within known procedures

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers and contractors while visiting Enova offices
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate extensions
- Perform general administrative duties and ensure all front counter area activities are completed, as required
