- Why is this role important?
- The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor, upholding merchandising standards and maintenance of the store on a daily basis. The Sales Associate is also responsible for assisting customer in the fitting rooms and checking customer out at the cash desk. The Sales associate is critical in ensuring the customer’s needs are met and surpassed in friendly and professional manner.
- Responsibilities:

- Greets and acknowledges all customers in a friendly manner
- Determines customers needs
- Suggests appropriate product to customers
- Escorts customers in the fitting room and recommends additional items
- Maintains store presentation standards
- Replenishes the store as needed
- Checks out customers at the cash register
- Helps to maintain a clean backroom and employee area
- Practices loss prevention awareness
- Assists with the mark down process
- Upholds brand standards
- Receiving shipment
- Merchandising
- Additional Duties:

- Store sweeping and cleaning
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around Sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending standing, twisting, stopping, squatting and climbing up and down ladders.
- Effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early morning, weekend and night shifts.
