Facilities Coordinator (Corporate Custodian/Housekeeper)-**Must Reside in or near Calgary, Canada/Have Right to Work in Canada**

Looking for a change to an interesting, stable, Monday to Friday full time position with benefits where you would be leading the cleaning and coordinating in a newly renovated four story office and nearby aviation office space owned by a multi-generation family business? This position, based from our newly renovated corporate office next to YYC (just southwest of Calgary's International Airport), will provide some interesting variety.

Tricycle Lane Ranches Ltd (TLR) has a tremendous opportunity for a full-time permanent Facilities Coordinator. TLR is the 25-year-old Property Management and Land Acquisition business for its sister company BURNCO Rock Products Ltd (BURNCO), a 110+ year-old, international construction materials business. Example Job Task List (for Office aspects)
- Leading and working with others in a team environment
- Light duty common area cleaning
- Daily disinfecting of all high traffic surfaces and touch points
- Daily housekeeping tasks as required
- Occasional deep cleaning of rotational tasks
- Maintaining inventory/supply levels/restocking supplies as needed including stationery
- Coffee and water set up for meetings, including clean-up
- Catering assistance for meals including full kitchen clean-up
- Reporting and responding to any building issues promptly

**Requirements**:
What We Would Like From You

Experience
- Experience in cleaning and organizing residential and commercial locations
- Working in a team environment with some leading of others
- Demonstrated ability to productively work with little supervision

- Reliable, trustworthy, and physically able to perform the role
- Good problem solving and written/verbal communication skills in English
- Motivated, confidential person, able to work efficiently and effectively - both independently and in a team environment

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must reside in or near Calgary, Canada/Permitted to Work in Canada**:

- Residential/Commercial property cleaning: 2 - 3 years (preferred)
- Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute
- Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)
- Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver's License-necessary to travel with our fleet vehicles between our Calgary area properties
