**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for tracking shipments and managing logistics.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of shipments.
- Monitor shipping and receiving processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling inquiries from customers and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts, freight operations, and 3PL (Third Party Logistics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using software such as SyteLine or AS400 is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
