**Your Responsibilities**

As the IT Junior Support Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of systems, diagnosing hardware/software problems, and providing both onsite and remote support services to all users. This also includes first level support and maintenance of our infrastructure and network operations. You will be reporting to the IT Support Team Lead and working closely with a strong team that includes talented developers, analysts and designers on a cutting-edge technology stack that impacts real people and real physical products.

Specifically, you will be involved in one or more of the following:

- Provide first level support to all users;
- Maintain equipment inventory;
- Install and configure new computer equipment;
- Printer and copier support
- Performing various server based or network related maintenance and support tasks;
- Develop, maintain and document related procedures;
- Provide escalation support to the IT Manager
- Perform other tasks related to his / her area of expertise.

**Requirements**:

- CEGEP or University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or in a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Knowledge of Windows Server Environment 2016/2019/2022
- Knowledge of Networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office365
- Bonus: Experience with VOIP
- Bonus: Experience with Active Directory
- Bonus: Experience with EndPoint Security
- Bilingual (English/French)

Pay: $42,500.00-$57,500.00 per year
