**Responsibilities and Duties**:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Capable of working on manual Milling machines, Lathes, Drill presses and grinding equipment.
- Follow drawings when machining products.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and communicate bottlenecks with supervisor.
- Improve efficiency and quality of machining processes and products.
- Keep work area clean and organized, implement and maintain 5S organization.
- Follow the production schedule and prioritize daily work accordingly.
- Work/Cross Train on multiple CNC Machines.
- Understand and follow the “Kanban” type systems in current use.
- Capable of measuring to tight tolerances using a variety of measuring devices.
- Complete Dimensional Inspection reports.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Secondary school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred work experience or post-Secondary related education in CNC Turning and/or Machining Centers.
- Lifting: Raising or lowering an object (up to 50lbs) from one level to another.
- Repetitive Motion: Periodic movements to complete a task.
