**Job Title: Marketing and Leasing / Lifestyle Consultant**
**Summary**:
Regency Retirement Resorts, the leader in Okanagan senior living for 23 years is looking for a dynamic individual to add to our Marketing and Leasing department. Regency Resorts were built on family values to support local independent seniors in our amenity rich resorts, and we continue to do so today The role of Marketing and Leasing / Lifestyle Consultant is a critical role within the company, as you are counted on to provide a truly positive journey for our residents, reducing their burdens they might have looking after their own home, and opening their opportunities to live a rich, social, independent retirement. This entails creating not only a positive experience with potential residents and their families but being a centrepiece within our Okanagan communities.
In addition to nurturing prospective residents, the **Marketing and Leasing / Lifestyle Consultant** will be expected to organize and attend events in both the community and in our resorts. The planning and organization of these events are determined and worked on together with a small, supportive, and fun “quirky” team. These events are intended to not only promote the Regency brand, generate new leads, and to nurture current prospects.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Event organization, planning and execution.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Driven to successful leasing is important, but knowing when to provide space and time is equally as important.
**Location**:
Regency Retirement Resorts operate seven locations in the Okanagan, with establishments in Vernon, Penticton, and West Kelowna, along with an additional four in Kelowna. The specific position in question will be based in Kelowna.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
