**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and product selections.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance in technology sales, helping customers understand product features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and foster long-term relationships, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
- Proficient in technology sales, with the ability to explain complex products simply and clearly.
- Experience with POS systems for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and understanding while assisting customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, allowing effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills to articulate product information clearly to customers.
- A background in sales is advantageous, particularly in retail or technical environments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

- Driving Licence (preferred)
