**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while providing top-notch customer service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales environment is required.
- Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership abilities within a team setting.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
