**About the Position**
We are currently seeking a Vaccination Services and Equipment Lead to perform, monitor and implement field service activities, provide support and guidance to hatchery or field personnel in order to ensure field services are performed and customer needs are met. In this role you will service Ceva’s equipment in customer locations with a focus on the hatchery and Egg Inject equipment. When needed, you will coordinate the installation and promotion of new equipment.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure valuable monitoring of the products by taking audits into the hatchery (with chick app) and analyzing the results through the digital tools. Share the collected information with the customer and stock the information for later projects.
- Perform audits for customers. Validate proper function of equipment or specialized Ecat equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. Can perform and track scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain relationship with customers through regular visits, events or calls. Maintain good relationship
with Desvac. Collaborate with all local teams to ensure execution of the plan.
- Participate to meeting every two month with corporate on current European situation and to monthly meetings vaccination teams and manager to review and update the plan of every customers. Highlight critical information observed during customers visits. Communicate with the customer on weekly/monthly bases on the monitoring result and on yearly basis for more detailed meetings. Through services app, create automatic reports uploaded to Cforce for each audit.
- Manage the stock of spare parts and Desvac equipment in customers and local warehouses.
- Attend continuous trainings delivered by corporate. Attend congress, seminars and event on his expertise area. Self-train on new technical updates to maintain high level of expertise. Collaborate on the conception of technical articles. Deliver diagnosis and expert support on demand.
- Conduct customer visits and provide professional consultation (advising and problem solving) in regard to vaccination (chick program), hatchery process, Desvac equipment or ecat equipment. Provide technical and scientific advice to customers. Develop training on technical activities with the aim to share his knowledge with customers. Train local team to support them in the guidance and advisory of customers.
**About You**
- You have a strong mechanical understanding and are capable of troubleshooting and fixing mechanical equipment breakdowns
- You are customer oriented and pride yourself in providing value added service
- You have an understanding of data analytics and a passion for helping customers optimize their equipment and productivity
- You are organized and can prepare and execute preventative maintenance plans
- You have good verbal and written English communication skills
- You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with others
- Ideally you have experience within a Hatchery or chicken farm
