**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Analyze guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for services or amenities to enhance their stay.
- Upsell available services and packages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain accurate data entry of guest information and reservations in the system.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Other tasks might assign

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Opera is advantageous.
- Demonstrated sales skills with an ability to upsell services effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with guests.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.40-$19.75 per hour
