**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The Framer will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprints.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other construction materials
- Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Install windows, doors, siding, and insulation
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and welding tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
