Relevant du Gestionnaire sénior Expertise clients et marchés, vous serez responsable de stimuler une croissance mutuelle rentable grâce à une approche de leadership de catégorie centrée sur le client tirant parti d’une compréhension approfondie de la catégorie et des conditions du marché.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le client et établir une relation de travail solide en agissant en tant que chef de catégorie.
- Responsable de l’analyse des données et de fournir des insights et recommandations impartiales à notre partenaire afin d’optimiser les performances de leur catégorie et dénicher les opportunités d’affaires. Maintenir des rapports de performance pour faire le suivi du rendement.
- Fournir une connaissance approfondie de la catégorie en tirant parti de nos riches connaissances sur les consommateurs, les acheteurs et le marché.
- Élever les meilleurs principes de gestion de catégorie qui stimulent l’efficacité et l’efficience. Développer, optimiser et maintenir des planogrammes optimiser l’expérience de magasinage, l’assortiment et la capacité.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un autre domaine pertinent ;
- Vous cumulez un minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience dans la gestion de catégorie, idéalement avec l’expérience de vendor advisor
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, de l’écrit et de l’oral (le français est un atout) ;
- Vous êtes disponible pour voyager occasionnellement.
- Vous êtes passionné par l’industrie des CPG et avez une connaissance approfondie de nielsen (Discover, Homescan), des systèmes POS et des outils de planogramme (JDA)
- Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel
