**Job Summary**
- Preparing batters, creams, fillings, crumbles, and chocolate work
- Unmolding, wrapping, spraying, masking, and glazing cakes
- Assembling cakes and assessing them for quality and improvements

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is required
- Chocolate experience is an asset
- Able to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks
- Able to learn quickly, follow directions, work clean, and be organized
- Heavy lifting will be required
- Positive attitude
- Punctual
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- At least one weekend day availability is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
