About our firm:
**Responsibilities**:
Interact extensively with clients either on the phone or in person.

Process financial transactions related to dealer activity

Provide solutions-based responses to clients, advisors or departmental inquiries

Work on project specific tasks relating to procedural updates

Proactively learn new tasks.

Qualifications:
Financial services/Retail Banking/Investment dealer experience required.

Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills

Proven ability to manage high volumes when required with a positive and professional attitude.

Canadian Security Course either completed or in progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
