**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and irrigation of garden areas.
- Build and maintain garden structures, ensuring they are safe and functional.
- Dig and prepare areas for planting or installation of landscaping features.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
