As a Warehouse Associate, you are resourceful, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitude, and has ability to contribute and collaborate in a team environment. You will provide support in the Warehouse, handling daily shipping and receiving of orders.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the appropriate location.
- Pick orders and process them by completing any required paperwork.
- Accurately align customer orders with the packing list(s).
- Ensure UPS, Purolator and FedEx orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Inspect the products to ensure that they are not damaged or missing any labels.
- Prepare customs paperwork for international shipments, inbound and outbound.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing and audits.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Provide back-up support to other office functions as necessary.

**KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with working with courier shipping software (Purolator, UPS, and FedEx).
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the working shift.
- Moderate amount of physical effort required; Ability to lift up-to 40lbs.

**COMPENSATION STRUCTURE**
- Salaried

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
