We are searching for a charismatic person who has strong analytical, technology, communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will support the Controller by examining and analyzing accounting records of Solink. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in data and reporting, and assist with month-end and year-end processes, among other duties. **WHO YOU ARE** - You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. - CPA or CMA designation is preferred. - You have 2+ years’ experience in accounting. - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - You have strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. - You have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. - You have a strong work ethic and positive team attitude. - If you have experience using NetSuite, this is a huge asset - If you have experience in the SaaS industry, this would be an asset **SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**: - Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada; - Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** - Establishing and maintaining internal controls - Providing monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses. - Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable and identifying discrepancies. - Researching accounting issues for compliance with IFRS - Analyzing and reporting cost variances - Coordinating with and preparing reports for CFO and upper management. - Assisting with preparations for audits - Utilizing accounting IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain records. - Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. **WHAT IS SOLINK?** Solink is transforming conventional data into ‘smart’ data.
