Operations including dispatch and customer service are maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at both Calgary and Edmonton branches. A specialist in the grocery and retail industries, we offer a full range of services including Tractor/Trailer (dry, reefer, tri-axle, multi-temp), Long Combination Vehicle (LCV), tractor only, and shunting; all with late model equipment._

**Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced shunt truck drivers for day and night shifts.**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe manner for 10-12 hours a day.
- Safe and efficient movement of trailers in and out of dock doors, within and between facility buildings.
- Maintain routine communication with dispatch/yard control regarding the placement of trailers both indoor and in the drop lot.
- Daily inspection of truck.
- Backing trailers into designated areas as requested.
- Repetitively lifting up to 50lbs.
- Monitor truck condition and communicate with the maintenance manager when repair(s) required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
- Comply with safety requirements at all times.
- Perform refrigerated container (Reefers) temperature inspections as requested.
- Inspect trailers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid Class 1 License.
- Clean 3-year commercial abstract.
- 1 - 2 years verifiable shunt truck experience.
- Good attitude and flexibility with scheduling.
