**Job Summary**:
We’re also looking for someone **comfortable in front of a camera** who can create short, informative content for Instagram and other platforms to help educate and engage our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Immigration Casework**:

- Handle immigration case files (Study Permit, PGWP, LMIA, Express Entry, Spousal Sponsorship, etc.)
- Organize and maintain client documentation in an accurate, compliant manner
- Communicate with clients for file updates, follow-ups, and documentation requests
- Coordinate with RCICs and third-party service providers where required

**Office Administration**:

- Manage appointments and calendar scheduling
- Organize office supplies and maintain office tidiness
- Assist the founder with basic coordination and day-to-day tasks

**Content Creation**:

- Record and edit simple, educational Instagram videos
- Contribute ideas for short-form content to educate clients on immigration topics
- Represent Qontact professionally in all public-facing content

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of **experience in immigration consultancy or case management**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English required; Punjabi/Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Drive, Canva, or basic video editors
- Confident on camera (or willing to learn)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:
