- Entry level**Intended job posting audience**We have an exciting opportunity available this summer, at Yukon Brewing We are now looking to fill a seasonal full-time position for a Retail Ambassador.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Engage in dialogue with customers, and become comfortable explaining product portfolio
- Fill Growlers
- Open and close store
- Compute sales transactions
- Perform tasks such as counting money, separating debit machine slips, coupons, and vouchers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Replenish store stock as needed
- Check beer stock for rotation
- Maintain a neat and tidy, & dust-free retail environment
- Conduct brewery/distillery tours & tastings (when applicable)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Strong beer and spirits knowledge or interest
- Must be available for weekends/evenings
- Strong presentation skills; not afraid to speak in front of a crowd
- Customer service experience
- French-speaking an asset, but not required

**Job Type**: Seasonal Full-time

**Salary**: $19.50 per hour
