Housekeeping Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department in the hotel
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including laundry attendants
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of rooms, cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment used in the hospitality industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Comfotable using computer systems for inventory management and reporting
