We’re looking for someone who loves the thrill of the chase. Someone who will constantly be on the lookout for new opportunities and prospects and won’t stop until every door has been knocked on. We’re looking for someone who won’t get demotivated when 90% of the doors they knock on don’t answer because the grind is worth it for the 10% that do. After all, “you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.”
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead, inspire and manage a high-performing, customer-focused team to deliver business value and an exceptional customer experience
- Develop and grow Paragon business in the US and Canada
- Contribute to the North American Business Development strategy and lead its execution to achieve ambitious revenue objectives
- Define, implement & execute the sales strategy to achieve sales goals, increase sales activities and improve sales-related key performance indicators
- Inspire and coach your team on sales best practices, pipeline management and opportunity management to help them close more deals
- Partner with Marketing and Product team leads to assess and develop target markets and identify opportunities for overall company growth
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and sales reports and forecasts for Management

- Experience managing pipelines with CRMs (specifically Hubspot)
