**Job Summary**:
As a QA Manager, you will lead and oversee the quality assurance (QA) team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will actively participate in our Manual and Automation testing and will play a crucial role in defining QA strategies, processes, and methodologies while leading a team of QA engineers. Your leadership will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer expectations and maintains a positive user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform Manual and Automated testing.
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure the quality of software products.
- Coordinate with release management to ensure smooth software deployments.
- Lead QA engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain a test automation strategy, including the selection of testing tools and frameworks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in quality assurance and software testing roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (preferably Cypress, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bonus: Experience in digital marketing
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and release management, are essential for successful quality assurance management is a must.
