This position is responsible for purchasing inventory and non-stock products from global sources while building relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products. Support the New Products Development Process and Cost Accounting function. Manage system data integrity for the products procured.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to MRP messages to support planned service and inventory levels. This includes cutting new PO's and expediting or deferring existing PO's.
- Negotiate pricing, leadtimes and order quantities with suppliers, both existing and new.
- Maintain Master Data settings in ERP system to ensure data integrity and consistency in MRP messages, including pricing, vendor cross references, order multiples, safety stock etc.
- Responsible for the supply of raw materials to support the production schedule.
- Ensure new products are implemented efficiently and meet profit expectations. Ensure discontinued products are phased out with mínimal OSMI.
- Participate in the Tactical S&OP, New Products, and Customer Specials meetings along with seasonal program and planning meetings as required.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new software or processes to support the position.

**Requirements**:
Education: College Diploma (2 or 3 Year Program)

Certifications: CPIM; CCSP

Years of Experience: 3-6 years
