**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette, assisting callers with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Support other hotel departments as needed to enhance overall guest experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone systems and etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
