Dynamic Fluid Products, a growing supplier of Fluid Power Supplies and Service located in Tillsonburg Ontario, is looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to our team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Full cycle AP/AR including but not limited to invoice processing, data entry, non-PO transactions, matching invoices with goods receipts or evidence of services and AP reporting activities as required
- Track and follow up with clients on all outstanding payments in a timely manner
- Record daily AP/AR transactions, post and process journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately and appropriately
- Perform bank, credit card, AP/AR reconciliations (research and resolve discrepancies, and continuous monitoring of accounts to ensure being up to date)
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Prepare end of the month/year financial statements and monthly/yearly analysis reports
- Administer and prepare payroll and benefits for approval/processing including year-end returns
- Prepare WSIB remittances
- Responsible for ensuring:

- New hires are set up on payroll and benefits properly
- Employee terminations are handled according to Company policies and legislation
- Payroll register is received securely and on time
- Benefits are being accurately and appropriately deducted from employees’ pay cheques
- All other statutory deductions are accurate on employees’ pay
- Other duties as may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and/or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Prophet 21 is an Asset
- Sound understanding of accounting categories to appropriately and accurately track transactions
- Experience in both payables and receivables
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Self-motivated and operates with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Prophet 21

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
