**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care by preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are properly stocked with necessary supplies.
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, recording patient histories, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, answering questions and providing information about procedures and treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and improve overall service delivery.
- Assist in the management of medical equipment and ensure that it is clean, functional, and ready for use.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Experience or training in medication administration is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently when required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records and care procedures.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all safety protocols.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
