We’re looking for a Brewery Warehouse Manager to join our team and help us streamline our warehouse operations, support production, and ensure our beers reach our customers at peak quality.

**Position Overview**:
As the Brewery Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient product storage, inventory management, and timely distribution. You will lead a team to maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment while ensuring all materials and products are handled with the utmost care and in compliance with brewery standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee inventory control, including receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.
- Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate shipments of finished products to customers and distribution centers.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct regular stock audits, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory levels to support production schedules.
- Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking systems.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management (experience in food/beverage or brewing preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse software and inventory control systems.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
- Passion for craft beer and understanding of brewery operations is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
