Your services may include: psychosocial assessment, resource-based interventions, individual, group and family treatment, risk screening, counselling, case management and coordination, transition or discharge planning, and prevention, promotion and public awareness activities.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Minimum three years Social Work experience in Adult Urban Acute Care. One year experience in Social Work in an adult urban acute care Emergency Department. Current BLS Provider - Heart and Stroke certificate.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Five years or more as a SW in urban adult acute care. Experience with crisis intervention, and grief/loss support. Experience with community resources and referral. Experience with discharge planning. Experience with Children’s Services. Experience working with homeless, addictions, and mental health. Familiarity with Advance Care planning, Financial Benefits programs and housing resources. Experience with Mat/Child portfolio. Experience at RGH.
