**The Opportunity**

As a Producer (Experiential + Digital) at Thinkingbox, you will play a pivotal role in project managing a range of digital and experiential projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring that we deliver exceptional work on time, within scope, and on budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll manage client expectations, team resources, and project timelines, all while maintaining Thinkingbox's high standards of creativity and innovation.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Manage the production of digital and experiential projects, from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, and strategy) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and client communications to meet goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, meeting both client expectations and agency standards.
- Problem-solve effectively and proactively, ensuring potential project risks are mitigated early.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with the Director of Production on process improvements and team mentorship.
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities when required.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in a producer role, preferably within a digital or experiential agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of digital, experiential, and interactive technologies.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and feedback.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management software and an understanding of project management methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset and strong leadership abilities.
- Passion for creative problem-solving and driving innovative solutions.
