Our present clientele is completely built on word of mouth. We are expanding rapidly and our goal is to become national-wide healthcare providers. Our multidisciplinary clinic provides physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and orthotic services.

**The Position/ Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Reception/Front desk Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
- Maintain the clinic clean and tidy
- Prepare the treatment rooms ready for clinicians use
- Scheduling Appointments Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Contact Third Party Insurance for Coverage Patient callbacks and Retention
- General office Duties, Patient and Inventory Control
- Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs
- Setting up patients with modalities such as ice/heat/TENS/IFC/Laser/Shockwave therapy. The kinesiologist will be educated on the indications, contraindications, and precautions for these modalities.
- Exercise prescription for our patients. This would include post-operative, fractures, motor vehicle patients, WSIB, sports injuries and general musculoskeletal issues.
- Tidy and maintain the clinic to the level of College Standards. These tasks would include laundry, cleaning machines and additional tasks that contribute to an organized clinic.
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge
- Ensure return to work plans with client and employer has been made and documented in the client chart

**What we expect**
- University degree in Kinesiology or Physiotherapy Assistant diploma from an accredited college
- Certificate/Diploma in Business, Administrative Studies, Medical Secretary, Sales-clinic experience an asset.
