**About the Position**:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic graduates/students to join us in the role of Personal Service Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in servicing the tenants within our building and seniors in the community. This is a fulltime position with 35 hours per week, offering either morning, evening, and overnight shifts with varying start and end times based on availability. The position starts as soon as possible and reports to the Coordinator of Support Services.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Personal Service Worker, your key activities will include:
Service Delivery:

- Work primarily with tenants of Momiji Senior Residence.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, bathing, transferring, medication reminders, meal preparation, and more.
- Observe and communicate any concerns or changes in client behavior or health status to the supervisor.
- Respond to emergencies.

Administrative Duties:

- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and record maintenance.
- Meet annual learning requirements through our internal training program.

- Demonstrate sound judgment, particularly in emergency situations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience providing services to seniors is an asset.
- Effective communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are a plus).
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.

Certificates Required:

- Valid PSW training program certificate.
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last 6 months.
- Current first aid/CPR certificate.
- Hep B Immunization, TB test, and immunization record.
