**Who We're Looking For**:
As Content Marketing Specialist at Fintel Connect, your mission is to position Fintel Connect as the authority in growth and marketing technology in the financial services space.

In this high-impact role in our marketing team, you own and self-navigate content production processes from ideation to publication. Your curiosity about the financial industry and marketing innovation will drive your desire to educate others and uncover solutions and ways of thinking that they hadn’t discovered yet.

You’ll work well independently in navigating processes, making your own priorities and driving deadlines, but especially thrive within a dynamic, energetic team that’s just as passionate as you are about how the company is breaking the industry mold. Within a startup environment, you’ll move swiftly and do what you need to create the greatest impact with your work.

**What You'll Get To Do**
- Own the process of producing blog and onsite content from ideation to publication
- Collaborate with industry leaders to produce informative and inspiring content
- Own the process of onsite content publication through WordPress and work with Hubspot to measure its performance
- Develop a clear understanding of industry pain points and how we help solve them
- Keep on top of content marketing trends and support with new content formats as needed
- Become an expert in marketing and the financial industry by keeping a pulse on industry news and best practices

**What **We’re** **Looking** For**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related; min 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and effective problem-solving
- Ability to balance high attention to detail with strategic thinking to ensure consistently high-quality content is produced
- Engaging, energetic personality with a natural curiosity and hunger to learn
- Driven and results-oriented, eager to grow your skillsets and your career
- Experience/understanding of working with different marketing channels
- Experience of best practices when writing content for SEO
- Experience/understanding of marketing analytics and measurement
