**Job Summary**:
To provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children enrolled with Claire Dimock Children’s Centre.

To support the planning and implementation of a program that will meet the developmental, social, emotional and physical needs of each child.

To form and maintain a positive relationship with parents, co-workers, student teachers and professionals from other organizations.

To maintain a high standard of care following CDCC' policies and procedures and the Child Care & Early Years Act regulations.

Your total compensation package will include your base salary (paid hourly), WEG,, paid sick days, and a comprehensive benefits program. In addition to vacation entitlement, we have paid stat days.

**Job Requirements**:
Must be 18 years of age and older

A clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check is required

Must have a valid Standard First Aid/CPR certificate

Comfortable working with various groups of children from birth to age 12.

An Early Childhood Education diploma is preferred. Other work with children will be considered

Complete your Early Childhood Educator (ECE) training while working, receive ongoing professional development, and grow your career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
